Raquel in the office is so rude unprofessional. As long as you aren’t black you will be treated great. She over charges us. She charges us for stuff that the other employees don’t charge for. If we need help and she is there we come back later to get treated equal. She’s just racist. She even harasses us about ”smoking” & we are a smoke free house hold. We pay so much and deal with this anytime we need anything. Other staff treats us equal and we appreciate them. It’s a great place to live Nieghbor’s and other staff. First month here she tried to charge us extra for plumbing and a few other things. Thanks to maintenance they told Us some helpful information she never mentioned. We were able to get our bill lower because of maintenance….

Office: They need a security camera at the gates, so residents and office staff can see who comes in and out, as well as who breaks the door and the gate. The gates are often hit by cars, and it is hard for the company drivers to get out without hitting the gates, or for strangers who keep breaking the knobs because it is difficult to open with a hand-free arm grip to pull them open. Move-in/out: It will cost you thousands after you terminate the lease or move out. The cost of parking is 100 per car. The place is nice, but it costs hundreds or thousands of dollars. When the furniture is not trash, you need to drop it off at the Thrift stores.

They will try and tow your car for any reason. They definitely make commission off towing cars and will find any reason to tow your car even if you have a sticker, or guess pass. They will claim the guest pass wasn’t visible or the sticker was “expired”. Be aware of this place. Also located on midway where there’s so many homeless people outside at the gate and you will often see them walking around the hallways. BEWARE

My roommates and I had an awful experience living here for 6 months. None of our complaints towards the management were dealt with throughout the entire length of the lease and the staff were always slow and ineffective.
At the end of our lease we were charged a staggering 400$ in maintenance and cleaning charges from the deposit fee, even though zero damages were made to the apartment! When we called and told them outright we were being scammed by them they offered the money back but I told them we don’t want it and felt obligated to share this here with you all.
Would highly recommend to look for other places than point luxe, am utterly disappointed and feel cheated by the complex.

Water would randomly get shutoff with no warning. Broken elevators, termites, constant construction. We had a broken AC for the last 3 months of my tenancy there in '10, and they tried to raise the rent by $300 when it was time to sign a new lease but refused to fix any of the issues in the apartment. These days they're charging $2500-2700 for a tiny one bedroom apartment.
